Warm Beach

We are a faith-based, not-for-profit 501(c)3 retirement community, senior housing, post-acute care, and rehabilitation facility serving the residents and families of north Snohomish County, WA. A Christ-centered, people-focused ministry: our residents, donors, volunteers, and staff are mission-driven to provide the highest quality grounds and buildings, programs and services, care and needs-based charitable assistance which preserves dignity, promotes a lifestyle of purpose-filled living, and provides for whole person health (physical, emotional, social and spiritual). Warm Beach retirement & senior community is a faith-based, not-for-profit organization whose core mission is to enrich and improve the lives of Retirees and Seniors. As such you'll find that volunteerism and community engagement is an essential element of who we are. It is a mission fulfilled not just on campus but extends beyond to impact our neighbors as well. Each year our Residents, Donors, Volunteers, and Staff contribute countless hours of time, labor, charity care and direct services both on campus and throughout our neighboring communities of Warm Beach, Stanwood, Camano Island, Lakewood, Smokey Point, Arlington, Marysville, Tulalip and beyond. The reasons for joining the retirement community at Warm Beach are as unique as our residents themselves. Yet a common thread weaves through the stories residents tell of their journey to Warm Beach. In downsizing homes and yards, rooms of furniture and closets full of accumulated stuff ... they found the freedom to engage more with the things in life that matter. Spending time with family. Things like travel and getting out into the world. Giving back to the community through volunteering. Time to explore new interests, join a club or take up a hobby. Time to know their neighbors and rediscover the lost art of living in the community.
