Wapakoneta Village is a comfortable, affordable living community for seniors aged 62 years and older or anyone who needs a mobility accessible unit. Our residents can use physical aides such as a walker or wheelchair in addition to personal aides and nurses. However that is where the Service Coordinator steps in to help with the needs of our residents. We offer one bedroom floor plans in a peaceful, community setting. In addition, our on-site resident service coordinator can help connect our residents to services and resources to help live a fulfilling and enriching life. Our one bedroom apartments rent is based on income. Wapakoneta Village is a LEED for Homes Silver Rated community.
