All residents have access to our community amenities, including the Wellness Center, The Cedars Café, social activities and events, and more, on our beautiful campus with gorgeous lake views. The Cedars consists of 115 patio homes, which are primarily arranged as duplexes. Our homes range from a cozy 650 square feet with convenient parking outside the front door to a spacious 1750 square foot home with an enclosed two-car garage. Inside every home, you’ll find a spacious kitchen with full-sized appliances and a washer and dryer. Your bathroom can be customized with handrails and low entry showers for full accessibility. Pets are welcome in certain homes. Our homes are designed to be easy to navigate as you age, without steps or elevation changes. If the size, layout, or location of your desired home is not available when you are ready to move, you have the option of occupying a different home until your desired site becomes available.
