We offer Acts' Type A Life Care Contract to all residents of Spring House Estates, which secures their financial security throughout their retirement years. Spring House Estates is accredited by CARF International. This is the highest accreditation that a CCRC can achieve. At Spring House Estates, you get to customize your independent living apartment to match your style. Residents choose from one to three bedroom apartment homes, and each unit has either a patio or balcony. Should a higher level of care be necessary, there are also continuing care accommodations of assisted living suites and skilled care beds.
