CCRC: Life Care and Rental Programs Our continuing care retirement community (CCRC) offers a full continuum of care, including independent living. Our campus also provides assisted living at The Inn at Freedom Square, as well as two skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers – Seminole Pavilion and Freedom Square. We also offer Brookdale's award-winning Clare Bridge program for seniors with various forms of dementia, including Alzheimer's disease. Freedom Square offers both rental and Life Care programs. The rental program operates on a monthly rental fee basis – with no entry fee. You pay a monthly fee based on the level of care and services you receive. It allows you or a loved one to move in at whatever level of care is needed - for instance, assisted living. With our Life Care program, moving through our care continuum is simple and affordable. The Life Care program is secured with an entry fee purchase that covers both the cost of your future accommodations as well as discounted healthcare services – if needed. You must initially move into independent living, but if you need more care, you’ll benefit from significant savings and your costs will be stabilized. Best of all, our life care program comes with a Life Care guarantee*, promising your accommodations are guaranteed for life, even if your assets are exhausted through no fault of your own.
