Seabury is an active life plan community located in Bloomfield, Connecticut. Our age requirement is 50, one of the lowest in the country. We encourage you to consider the transition while you are still young and healthy enough to qualify for Life Care and fully experience all that life at Seabury has to offer. Seabury At Home is the first home-based Life Care program for active adults over 60 in Connecticut. You can also rest easy knowing you have the support of a community of friends and caregivers and that we’re here for you if you decide it’s time to move in. Available to residents of Hartford and New Haven counties.
