Oxford House

Oxford House is a pet-friendly, Section 8, senior community for adults 62+ or disabled. We are on the bus route, near Decatur Memorial Hospital, 1/2 mile from Monroe Park, and next door to a pharmacy. We have 2 laundry facilities, a beauty salon, shuffleboard courts, Wii Bowling, and an exercise room. Our resident services coordinators organize weekly activities such as Bingo and monthly activities such as pot lucks. Water, trash, and sewer utilities are paid. Our income caps are $33,000 for 1 person and $37,700 for 2 people.
