There is no entrance fee at Mercy Circle. Your monthly rental fee includes a spacious, bright apartment in a newly-constructed building, along with plenty of extras. As a resident, you will enjoy amenities including scheduled transportation, an exercise room and salon, gathering and game rooms and on-site banking. Ground floor suites open onto a private patio adjacent to the landscaped garden and walking paths. Garage spaces are available for a small monthly fee. Free outdoor parking for guests and residents is conveniently located just steps from the main entrance. We offer a one-bedroom-plus-den, a two-bedroom or a deluxe two-bedroom apartment, each with its own temperature control. All apartment floor plans have a spacious living room, full kitchen including a dishwasher, and come with a washer and dryer. The Mercy Circle dining program provides one restaurant-quality meal each day: breakfast, lunch or dinner. Visit our Bistro for a snack or you can cook and bake in your fully-equipped kitchen. A private dining room is always available to entertain or celebrate special occasions.
