Kendal at Ithaca

Kendal at Ithaca, an attractive senior living community on a 105-acre campus in the midst of the Finger Lakes region, with extensive residential services and amenities, offers comprehensive health care for life, right on site. An entrance fee and an ongoing monthly fee cover the costs of care under a choice of three contracts. Kendal’s location, near both Cornell University and Ithaca College, ensures easy access to extensive cultural, educational and recreational activities. There are a total of 236 independent living units. 167 are cottages built on the 50 acres within our perimeter road, while 69 are apartments attached to the Community Center.
