Grand Meadow Healthcare Center is a skilled, compassionate community offering outpatient therapy, short stay rehabilitation, and long term care services. This community offers a wealth of programs and amenities to help you or your loved ones thrive and recover. The Meadows provides Independent and Assisted Living options within the Grand Meadow Senior Living campus. This is the perfect location if you don’t want the continued burden of a home, but want to live independently. Our private apartments provide residents the home care services they need, when they need it. Everyone who lives, visits and works at Grand Meadow Senior Living is treated with the same respect, compassion and dignity we’d all want for ourselves. That’s because we’re all on this together. At Grand Meadow Senior Living, we understand that everyone who comes to tour with us wants to stay as independent as possible. That is our goal, too.
