Good Shepherd Village I consists of 40 apartments. The apartments provide independent living and security at monthly rates based on the individual’s income level. Good Shepherd Village I has a Community Building for resident use. A laundry facility is also available. The Village Apartments offer a spacious living room, dining area, bedroom, bath and all electric utilities. All utility fees, except for phone, are automatically included in the monthly rent. Good Shepherd Village II, like Good Shepherd Village I, has 40 retirement apartments with it’s own Community Building and laundry facility. One or two bedroom units are available equipped for conventional or handicapped lifestyles. Shopping areas, medical and recreational facilities, transportation and churches are convenient to all the Village units. Good Shepherd Village II is approved for Section 8 Housing Assistance.
