Visitation details: Gray Level • Visitors welcome without a COVID-19 test, no screening. • Overnight guests welcome, subject to CDC travel monitoring guidelines. • Guests under the age of 18 welcome. Green Level • Visitors welcome without a COVID-19 test in residences and Trawick Commons, except for culinary areas. • Screened at security station, lanyard needed. • Children under the age of 18 are permitted • Overnight guests welcome, as long as they are not visiting from an area that continues to be face high levels of COVID-19. Yellow Level Visitors welcome at any time to individual residences, however, not to the Trawick Commons or culinary areas. • Two visitors per residence, no time limit, and COVID-19 test required in the past five days. • A two-night maximum stay is welcomed, as long as there is a negative COVID-19 test within two-days of arrival. These visits need to be coordinated with Kay Jenkins to ensure the visitors are not arriving from CDC or CMS designated hot spot areas. • Children under the age of 18 are not permitted. As of 11.6.2020 • Upon arrival to the security station, visitors will let the security team member know who they are visiting and will be temperature checked and screened, and provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test within the last five days. • Visitors will receive a red lanyard that they will need to wear while on campus and return upon departure. These will be sanitized before the next use.' Orange Level Visitors are paused, no overnight guests. • Outdoor visits in designated areas may be permitted. Red Level • Visitors to residences is paused, as well as outdoor visits.
