Our Twin Homes offer a unique option for retirement living. This market rate duplex was specifically designed to be easily navigated and care-free. Financially, the tenant pays an entry deposit and a monthly maintenance fee. 85% of entrance deposit is then returned to the tenant upon re-sale. Amenities include: a two-car garage, lawn care and snow removal, a covered front porch, maintenance of appliances (included) and property, use of common facilities, and access to social activities.
